House Rules Costa Blanca Penthouse:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Respect Property:<\/strong> Treat the penthouse with care and respect. Any damage to property, furniture or equipment must be reported to the landlord immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. No Loud Music:<\/strong> The playing of loud music or other noise that may disturb the peace of the surroundings is not allowed. Keep the volume at a respectable level, especially late in the evening and at night.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Use of Amenities:<\/strong> Make use of the penthouse amenities with care. Follow provided instructions for appliances, such as kitchen equipment, and respect rules regarding the use of common areas, if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. No Pets Allowed:<\/strong> It is strictly forbidden to bring pets to the penthouse. Please understand guests who may be allergic, and please note that the penthouse is a pet-free zone. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and may be grounds for further action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Maximum Number of Guests:<\/strong> The number of guests allowed is limited to the number agreed upon at the time of reservation. Additional guests must be notified in advance and approved by the landlord.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Security and Safety:<\/strong> Keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the penthouse. Do not admit strangers without prior permission from the landlord.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. No Parties:<\/strong> It is strictly forbidden to host parties or large-scale social gatherings in the penthouse. Be mindful of the quiet of the surrounding area and respect the privacy of neighbors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Waste Policy:<\/strong> Follow the waste policy as indicated. Ensure that waste is properly separated and placed in the appropriate containers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. No Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the penthouse. Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside the designated smoking areas and ensure that cigarette butts are safely extinguished and disposed of.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Check-in and Check-out Times:<\/strong> Please respect the agreed upon check-in and check-out times. Leave the penthouse as you found it at the appointed time. Standard check-in: 16:00, check-out at 10:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Compliance with Local Laws:<\/strong> Make sure you are aware of and comply with local laws and regulations regarding noise levels, nuisances and other relevant issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
