House Rules Costa Blanca Penthouse:

1. Respect Property: Treat the penthouse with care and respect. Any damage to property, furniture or equipment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
2. No Loud Music: The playing of loud music or other noise that may disturb the peace of the surroundings is not allowed. Keep the volume at a respectable level, especially late in the evening and at night.
3. Use of Amenities: Make use of the penthouse amenities with care. Follow provided instructions for appliances, such as kitchen equipment, and respect rules regarding the use of common areas, if applicable.
4. No Pets Allowed: It is strictly forbidden to bring pets to the penthouse. Please understand guests who may be allergic, and please note that the penthouse is a pet-free zone. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and may be grounds for further action.
5. Maximum Number of Guests: The number of guests allowed is limited to the number agreed upon at the time of reservation. Additional guests must be notified in advance and approved by the landlord.
6. Security and Safety: Keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the penthouse. Do not admit strangers without prior permission from the landlord.
7. No Parties: It is strictly forbidden to host parties or large-scale social gatherings in the penthouse. Be mindful of the quiet of the surrounding area and respect the privacy of neighbors.
8. Waste Policy: Follow the waste policy as indicated. Ensure that waste is properly separated and placed in the appropriate containers.
9. No Smoking: Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the penthouse. Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside the designated smoking areas and ensure that cigarette butts are safely extinguished and disposed of.
10. Check-in and Check-out Times: Please respect the agreed upon check-in and check-out times. Leave the penthouse as you found it at the appointed time. Standard check-in: 16:00, check-out at 10:00
11. Compliance with Local Laws: Make sure you are aware of and comply with local laws and regulations regarding noise levels, nuisances and other relevant issues.

Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges and may be grounds for termination of the stay without refund. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay.
